The Number #1 Mistake People Make When Trying To Solve Pain

If your suffering in pain right now, and your fed up with it, there is a reason for it, you see Im willing to bet that like most people out there you have got a diagnosis of your pain like sciatica or slipped disc, ligament damage, and you are believing that this is the cause of your pain. BUT ITS NOT!!


You see the diagnosis you have been given is just a way to label whats going on inside your body.

Let me give you an example, if you have been diagnosed with sciatica then that is a label that means the sciatic nerve has been trapped in your body somewhere. It is explaining the pathology of whats going on in your body, But the question is what caused the nerve to trap?


Now you may have been told that its the bulging disc or slipped disc thats causing the nerve to trap but again that is just the pathology of whats trapping the nerve in the body, you need to ask yourself whats the cause.


Now I don't expect you to have the answer because you are not trained to know what causes pain but if I can get you thinking the right way it will defiantly help.

So if you want to solve your pain you need to look at it differently, let me explain

You see traditional medicine view pain like this.....



As you can see from the above diagram the sensation you experience like throbbing, burning, numbness etc are your symptoms and the causes are trapped nerve, pulled muscle etc.


But its not accurate and it doesn't help identify and solve the root cause of pain so we need to look at pain differently if we want to solve pain and be free of it. The diagram below shows you the way we need to look at your pain if we are ever going to solve it.



As you can see from the above diagram the numbness and throbbing are actual the sensation you are experiencing and the symptom thats causing those are the trapped nerve, tendon ligament etc, and then you need to understand the cause of those symptoms.


At the moment that section is blank because I'm going to go into the 3 causes of pain in my next post. as I don't want to overwhelm you with too much info at once, but for now start thinking about your pain and what ever you have been diagnosed with is just a symptom ITS NOT THE CAUSE, this is important because if you keep trying to solve the symptom you are going to waste a lot of time and money with doctors, specialists and therapist and getting no where. 


I don't want that for you, I want you to get rid of your pain forever and go back to living a healthy pain free life, and I know its possible Because not only did I do it, but I've helped 1000s of people do the same.

You just need to start thinking differently about your pain.
