In this post im going to go into a little more detail about one of those causes.
The 3rd cause of pain - Poor Posture
Now when I say posture I dont mean walking around wearing a corsit or balancing a book on your head, I dont even mean standing upright like you see people telling you to do shoulders back spine straight, although that can sometimes be the problem, most of the time its actualy the way we move our bodies when we are perfoming Simple actions.
Most of the time when im looking a peoples posture im correcting the way people are walking running sitting and standing, just everyday movements we all think we are doing correctly but actually most of us are moving wrongly which places a great deal of pressure on our joints and muscles
